Centuries-old camellia plants that recall the Far East and excite with their colors, their variety, with names that evoke characters and situations that know of magic. A “path of the camellias” that winds through the village gradually enriched with new plants and new specimens.

Day 2 – Lucca / Pistoia
Breakfast at the hotel and departure for Lucca, one of Tuscany’s jewels, an essential point of arrival or passage for its artistic beauty and evocative atmosphere. Meet the local guide and visit the historic center with its narrow streets and famous walls. The city is traditionally nicknamed “ the city of a hundred churches” for the large number of religious buildings from different eras present within the walls. Visit of the Duomo, the Cathedral of San Martino, the famous Church of San Michele in Foro. Lunch in a restaurant. In the afternoon, guided tour of the town of Pistoia and its pretty historic center. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 3 – Ancient Camellias of Lucchesia
Breakfast at the hotel and departure for Pieve and S. Andrea di Compito, the Borgo delle Camelie for a free visit to the exhibition stands of the “Ancient Camellias of Lucchesia” exhibition located in the village. The visit takes place on foot over an area of approximately 1 km2, with 3 thematic routes such as “the camellia trail” to discover spectacular flowers and gardens, the “historical route” to discover the precious architectural remains of the village and finally “The water route” to discover the Visona, the Compito river and its multiple uses. Lunch in a restaurant. In the afternoon visit of the Royal Villa of Marlia with its park of avenues of Camellias.
Day 4 – Return to your area
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure of the group and end of our services.
